Role: Customer Support Associate (CSA) – Voice Process

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

  • Experience: 0 – 5 years

  • Salary: ₹2 – ₹2.25 LPA

  • Openings: 100

  • Shift: 24×7 rotational

  • Work Days: 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off

  • Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass)

  • Languages: Excellent communication in English & Hindi

  • Typing Speed: Min 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

  • Age Limit: Max 40 years

  • Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

  • Immediate joiners preferred
