✅ Manual QA Testing or Customer Support (SaaS/Startup preferred)
✅ Strong test case writing & execution
✅ Excellent written English (chat/email)
✅ Tools: ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Intercom (or similar)
✅ Bug identification, documentation, and communication skills
